ORGsight Pty Ltd ABN 53 633 639 157 trading as offsight. (we, us, our) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you use our website, send us an enquiry or book our space. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

When you send an enquiry or make a booking, we may collect:

• your name, company, email address and phone number;
• details of your booking, such as the space, layout, date, duration, number of guests and anything you tell us in your message;
• catering preferences and dietary requirements for you or your guests, if you share them;
• billing and payment details needed to take your deposit and final payment; and
• records of our correspondence with you.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this only to run and secure the website.

Dietary requirements can reveal health information, which is sensitive information under the Privacy Act. We only collect it with your consent and only use it to arrange catering for your booking.

2. How we use it

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• confirm, manage and deliver your booking, including sending you access details;
• arrange catering or other services you ask for;
• take payments and keep financial records;
• keep the space and our website secure; and
• meet our legal obligations.

We won't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. If we ever send you marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We only share your personal information where needed for the purposes above, with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, including our website host (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), our email and office software providers, and our payment provider;
• Catering partners, such as Wholefood Circus, when you ask us to arrange catering. We share only what they need, such as your name, booking date, numbers and dietary requirements;
• Our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed; and
• Anyone else where required or authorised by law.

We don't sell your personal information.

4. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. In particular, our website host and email delivery provider operate in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Cookies and third-party content

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to Google Maps, which means Google may receive your IP address when you visit. Google's handling of that information is covered by its own privacy policy.

6. Security and storage

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, such as tax record-keeping, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing bookings@offsight.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. In some cases the law allows us to refuse access, and if so we'll explain why.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first at bookings@offsight.au and we'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.
