offsight. is a private meeting and training venue on Rokeby Road in Subiaco, ten minutes' drive from the Perth CBD. It's built for the days that matter: board meetings, strategy sessions, training programs, client workshops and team offsites.
The spaces
Book the boardroom on its own for a focused meeting or open the glass partition and use the whole space for training, workshops and events. A full-length curtain gives the boardroom privacy when you need it.
A private boardroom for up to 10 people, with a large display, camera and soundbar for virtual and hybrid meetings, and sheer-curtained windows for natural light. Ideal for board meetings, leadership sessions and client presentations.
The boardroom and workshop area together, exclusively yours. The workshop area has three tables that push together into a laptop station for 6 or a monitor station for 3, or split into three tables of four for group work. There's a lounge next to the phone booth for breaks and calls.

We can arrange catering through Wholefood Circus, from morning tea to a full lunch, with dietary requirements looked after. Let us know your numbers when you book.
There's a fridge stocked with soft drinks, beer and wine, so the day can finish properly.

The Boardroom starts from $450 for a half day and $750 for a full day. The Entire Space starts from $850 for a half day and $1,400 for a full day. All prices include GST.
The boardroom seats 10. In the workshop area, three tables push together into a laptop station for 6 or a monitor station for 3, or split into three tables of four. With the partition open, the entire space seats 22 for training or holds 30 for cocktail-style events.
Yes. We work with Wholefood Circus for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, and can cater for dietary requirements. You're also welcome to bring your own.

Half days run 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm, full days 8am to 5pm, and evenings 5.30pm to 9.30pm. If you need extra time to set up, let us know when you enquire.
You'll receive a door PIN before your booking so you can let yourself in, and a contact number if you need anything on the day.
There's free 3-hour street parking on Rokeby Road and paid parking on nearby streets, plus public car parks within a short walk.
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. Cancel more than 14 days out for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit, and within 48 hours the full fee applies. See our Booking Terms & Conditions for details.
